Your Responsibilities

•        Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized, knowledgeable styling advice

•        Help customers find the right sizes, fits, and outfits tailored to their individual style and needs

•        Maintain an attractive, well-organized store floor and ensure all displays are visually appealing and on-brand

•        Assist with daily store operations including restocking, inventory management, and cash register handling

•        Answer customer questions in-store and by phone, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values

•        Stay up to date on current trends, new arrivals, and product knowledge to best assist customers

•        Collaborate with the team to meet store targets and contribute to a positive work environment

What We Are Looking For

•        Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle

•        Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude

•        A genuine passion for fashion and a good eye for style and current trends

•        Confidence in giving personal styling advice and helping customers feel great

•        Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional evening shifts

•        A team player who thrives in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment

•        A portfolio or examples of your fashion sense is a plus, but not required
